This is where it all started. We build injection molds in wide range of sizes, complexity and types. From single to multi-cavity molds, family molds, cold and hot runner molds, molds for reversed injection, unscrewing molds, gas assisted molds, molds, for over-molding plastic or metal parts, two-color molds e.t.a. We build the molds based on our own design to which we adapt our client’s standards and specific requirements. We use class A raw materials from the leading world manufacturers and provide certificates for those. We have capability of applying wide spectrum of standardized surface finishes, from polish to chemical or EDM grains. Our molds by default undergo the necessary number of trials to prove their capability of molding parts that meet the specs. Each mold-making project is fully documented with number of working sheets and complete database that is shared with the customer and safely stored to be available at any time throughout the mold exploitation. The molds are shipped in fumigated wooden crates, preserved from corrosion and with the entire project data burnt on CD/DVD, two sets of printed drawings, steel certificates and Mold Checking List (to verify the condition of the mold at the packing day and make sure all the specially requested enclosures are provided). We deliver the molds in plug-and-play condition, with the Locating Ring and Water Plugs fitter on.
Plastic injection parts in all plastic resins and colors, including complete packaging solutions and added secondary operations, such as painting, printing, electrolytic or vacuum chrome plating, heat or ultrasonic welding e.t.a.
All of the mold trials are being attended, mold trial records prepared and media material (photos & videos) shared with clients through FTP server or cloud. That assures complete visibility into the process from a distance.
